 Before   creating a account or registration to our matrimony website and app, Please read the following  terms and condition  to use  our website or app. If you agree with all the points or terms and condition then proceed for the account creation and registration at our website.

 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Shadibihav.com  website and app  (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. “We/us “ means bastarveda Marketing / team of shadibihav.com . “You”  means  user/ creator of account/registration/profile.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

 You  need to create an account and enter  true and complete information about  the bride /bridegroom. When registering,/entering information in profile , you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You are expected to keep your password secret and do not provide /share /offer it to the other for viewing, browsing /modifying the information in your profile.

4. User Content

 Users  upload and share information, Name, address , phone numbers, photos, and other content on the Platform ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

Some information are descriptive in nature . please enter  accurate  information, do not use threatening , disguised or sexual content, Racial , discriminative information.   The platform is not a dating site.

 You agree not to upload or share any User Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights Or violate the rights of others.

 We will not be responsible  for any consequences arising on account of  the mobile number ,email , address  shared by you to any user of the platform.

It is upto you to visit the profile and make the decisions. we  does not assure /ensure the success of matmaking for free or paid users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We   shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind  arising out of or related to   the use of the Platform. Including but not limited to lost revenues, profits, business or data. Or damage resulting from malware, virus, worms , trojan horses, or other destructive software /application or communication by you or any user.

We well also not be held responsible  for interruption/ suspension of the shadbihav.com website or application  regardless of cause of interruption/ malfunctioning. Any claim will be limited to the amount paid by you minus the period you used. We may change the  website or platform or its availability to you any time  and  you may stop the using the platform any time.

10 Payment

For accepting payment we use secure and trusted payment gateway. The payment gateway protect the information like card number by encrypting . the payment gateway ensure the safety of your information on card payment / net banking . We do not hold or view any information of payment gateway.

11. Refund  & cancelation policy:

You are advised to read completely ,the membership plan  and there benefit/ limitation before making the payment. The payment received by us/bastarveda marketing /shadibihav.com will not be refunded in any circumstances.

The membership in shadibihav.com is for single use.  It will be used for  registration /creating one profile . Membership  is not transferrable . you can not modify  the name of the user / or assign the profile to other or enter the data of other bride/bridegroom.

12 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed in accordance  with the laws of india. Any dispute arising out of orin connection with these terms shal be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
